Typical engagement fees
One budget with up to 60 populated lines, a short programme outline, diagnostic memo and handover call.
One funding call, one workbook, one narrative, marked comments, findings note and a 45-minute discussion.
Based on the grant conditions, number of revised categories, currencies and reporting context.
Fees are quoted in South African rand and state whether VAT applies. A confirmed quote follows a document and deadline check; pricing shown here is guidance, not an online sale.
What changes an estimate
The main factors are line count, number of entities or countries, currencies, funder-specific schedules, state of the formulas, amount of narrative editing, turnaround and whether a second review cycle is requested. Translation, forensic reconstruction of prior expenditure and application-wide editing are separately scoped.
Timing and payment
Standard work is scheduled once the scope is accepted. A 50% deposit may be requested for first-time clients or work spanning more than one week, with the balance due on delivery. Urgent work is accepted only when reviewer capacity permits; any urgency fee is disclosed before commissioning.
No payment or checkout is available through this site. Discuss the application to receive a written scope.
